Can I take both caplets of a mutil vitamin which says "2 caplets per day" together?? or must they be separate?

I’ve been taking 1 per day multi vitamins until now, but today I bought a jar of 180 multi vitamin caplets which says to take "2 caplets per day". My question is if I can take both caplets together or do they have to be taken in separate doses? Thanks.
