A Low Calorie Breakfast Sandwich


I make these fast and tasty breakfast sandwiches for my famliy. They are low calorie perfect if you are on weight watchers.

    You can do the same thing with a coffee mug. Just grease it and nuke it the same way. I love doing these.

    Thank you for watching. Thanks for the prayers. Maintain it Is The Key. I seem to struggle with that regularly. I guess it will allways be a part of my life. If I pick up weight I go back to the diet.
